Through our extensive executive searches, we identify and establish contact with candidates with varying levels of interest in changing roles and at various stages of their careers.

Once we make that initial contact we are able to provide career management services to candidates allowing us to build talent pools from our searches that can be managed for individual clients to build talent pipelines, or by role or industry to ensure our own pipelines

Since implementing our current database system in 2007, we have accumulated over 100,000 candidates through advertising and search activity. By maintaining regular contact with our candidates we are able to track their career progression, and represent our clients to a pool of passive job seekers they might otherwise not have access to.
